When will my order ship?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment hub with support from trusted international logistics partners.
Which regions do you ship to?
We currently ship to selected destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Availability may vary by country. Unsupported addresses will be indicated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Eligible orders automatically receive free shipping at checkout. Availability and thresholds may vary by region.

How can I track my order?

Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?

Payments
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods and currencies depend on your location and will be displayed securely at checkout. BXVERA does not require customers to configure payment methods manually.
Duties & Taxes
Are duties or taxes included?
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in product prices and may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
