BXVERA creates small-batch, handcrafted items. Each piece is produced with care and intention.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final by default.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Size selection errors

  • Color or material expectations

  • Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item you receive is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

  • Customized or special-request items (if applicable)

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

BXVERA ships internationally from Asia.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Local postal services

  • Force majeure events

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • The responsibility of the customer

BXVERA ships under DDU / DAP terms (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
