We currently ship to selected destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Availability may vary by country and region.
If your delivery address is not currently supported, the system will notify you during checkout.

Additional destinations may be introduced gradually as our global service expands.

Each piece is prepared with intention and care. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.

Eligible orders automatically receive free shipping at checkout. Thresholds and availability may vary by region or promotional period.

Duties & Taxes

Product prices do not include duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

You may follow your order’s journey at any time through the tracking page provided.

Returns

We hope each piece resonates with you. If it does not feel right, we accept return requests within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Risk of Loss & Delays

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Delays caused by customs inspections, local authorities, or courier networks are beyond our direct control. We remain available to assist should support be required.
